Where Can I Get Tracking Info of My Order?

Once order is placed, we tend to ship same day! Tracking details will be sent directly to your registered email. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please feel free to send us an email for assistance! Once your package leaves our facility, it is in the hands of USPS, Volume Lash Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, duties or import fees.

May I Change Or Update My Order Once It Has Been Placed?

Orders begin processing immediately after they are submitted, and usually ship same-day. We are unable to change an order once it is placed.

How Frequently Do You Ship and How Long Until My Order Arrives?

Orders begin processing immediately after they are submitted. Volume Lashes Co processes orders M - F, excluding US holidays. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.

Shipping Costs depend on the size and the shipping type selected. Please select at checkout!

For domestic shipping, please expect 6-8 business days after processing for your orders to arrive! Volume Lash Co currently does not ship internationally. Also, Volume Lash Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, duties or import fees.


It Says My Package Has Been Delivered But I Can’t Find It, What Should I Do?

Volume Lash Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, so please track your package as soon as we send our the tracking details. You can file a lost stolen package claim at www.usps.com⁄help⁄claims.htm


Can I Return My Order?

If in the unlikely event you receive a defective product or the wrong item - please contact Customer Service immediately if there is any issues with your order. We will do our best to correct the issues in a timely manner.


I Ordered The Wrong Product! Can I Make A Return or Exchange?

Also, please note that items must be unused and in their original packaging for us to process any returns and exchanges.
