Is Volume Lashes Co a cruelty free brand?
Yes! Our products have never been and will never be tested on animals! Our lashes are also made from high quality synthetic PBT fiber.
Where are you located or based out of?
VLC is an online retail store that was created and is operated right in the heart of New York, New York!
Do you have a storefront where I can shop for products?
We are currently only an online retail store (with dreams of having a storefront one day!).
If you are in NYC and would like to purchase our products without shipping costs, please be sure to choose the Pick-Up option at check-out and your order will be ready at our NYC's distributing location.

Where can I find tracking info for my order?
Your tracking details will be provided to you via email once your order has been shipped. Please make sure to keep up to date with your package thru the carrier’s website.
Can I change or update my order once it has been placed?
Unfortunately once your order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes as all orders are usually processed and shipped the same day.
How frequently do you ship and how long will it take for my order to arrive?
We process orders immediately as soon as we receive them, working from Monday thru Friday (excluding US Holidays). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the next business day.
We only offer domestic U.S. shipping and length of shipping time will vary depending on shipping type. Please allow up to 6-8 business days after processing for orders to arrive.
My package says it’s been delivered but I can’t find it, what should I do?
As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking information via email. Please make sure to track your packages consistently until delivered as Volume Lashes Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Can I return or exchange my order?
Absolutely! Returns and exchanges of unused, unopened products in their original packaging is accepted within fourteen (14) days of receipt. Competition tickets, in-person/group training, online courses, and gift cards are non-refundable.
